Anybody need a real Alexander double tuba?

I can't believe the stuff this guy from Bulgaria comes up with. I've had too much experience to send $4000 cash to Bulgaria but there may be some brave soul ready to take a chance.
So here it is: An Alexander double tuba. I am going to hazard a guess that this is an F/BBb combination though they did offer an Eb/CC as late as the 1960's. You just cannot tell from the pictures and I promise you, he doesn't know the answer so don't ask.

He never knows exactly what he has either, he calls a tuba a double tuba when it isn't and here's the opposite. So, don't write the guy to tell him that he's got this rare jewell of a double tuba and needs to raise the price. Let some courageous tuba player send money to Europe and buy the horn at a reasonable price (not a steal, though).
One more thing: the "Stators are made of nickle silver." I think the stators on my tubas are all solid planimium.
