Here is a restored Reynolds (Bach) TB-10 (same as the Olds O-99) that some grumpy old fart, formerly of Memphis, is selling:

Do not meditate,
Do not discuss,
Bid on it NOW!
If I had not just taken in a Conn 10J, this horn would be mine.
Real men can make music with 3 valves.
Someone needs to buy this horn - NOW

This is all the tuba 90+% of folks will ever need, and dayum (!) it looks good!
The 099/TB10/(whatever Bach called theirs) just play exceptionally well when they're in good repair; three valves or four valves, whatever.
