I think the 3v is called an 340 and the 4v is a 345. Not sure if the number is different because of the removable recording bell.

Imagine putting down the bottom on a polka band with that blunderbuss! Would be very expensive to turn into a 4v symphony concert horn,

I don't think this tuba is in that model range. It's earlier I think. The valve wrap is all wrong... more sousaphone than 3xx Holton.
