Truthfully, it doesn't look very bad. I am guessing for under $200 labor this horn could be made very playable. Add a little elbow grease on the buyer and it could look very presentable. The seller does not what he has - look at his description of the short action valves.

true, I'd love to have this horn. a 20k held together with duck tape is better than a lot of others :P plus, could be a fun project
