Things are worth what you are able to get someone to pay you.

If you had a "big name" pro record with your horn, had him/her sign it and say, "Ya, shure! Good horn, ya bettcha", you might be able to get a few thousand for it. Or more.

Only if it actually sells. The insertion (listing) fees are the same from $500 and up - a bargain at $4.00.
