Nice, though apparently some kind of alto horn so somewhat misrepresented.

Actually, it is a horn - there's another coil; and the third valve's length is a dead giveaway
This wrap on a horn is not as unusual as one might imagine. There have been several in books and on ebay.

This single F horn looks like having too little tubing in the main bugle. The reason is the missing initial crook.
The diamond placement of the rotors allows for straight knuckles out of the rotor casings.
