That's an antique car horn. I don't think it was made by Reynolds. However, the description is correct when they say "very expensive"....

Obviously a tuba glue made by Ferd Reynolds of Upsluck, Iowa.

Not misleading, either. Any "Antuiqe" is bound to be "Very Expencive".
