Miraphone 186 rotary screw

I need to replace this screw on my tuba I was wondering where I could get it from any ideas I figurea picture says a thousand words

when I played miraphone, I lost the same screw. I wrote to miraphone in CA and they mailed me a screw, no charge

That's right - just get in touch with your Miraphone dealer and they'll sort you out with one no charge.
