The starting bid is comically high.

The seller has feedback of 1.

The shipping amount seems very low.

The auction doesn't even have a picture of the actual tuba for sale.

Pass.

Dare do seam ta be sum contrdikshuns hear.!!!!

"Nearly-new Conn 56J tuba for sale in Rochester, New York. I have played this tuba for several years at the Eastman School of Music..."

Gets me how it can be early new and still have had several years use. But, then, if it "will take you right to the footsteps of your professional career" what more could you want - like you will be one of the very few aspiring pros who knows where his footsteps are.

It would be interesting to hear from somebody who could arrange to check this one out. I smell something aquatic in the home of Klaus here.

to bad this isn't a proper post. behind the backwards description and manufacturer's picture there is probably a nice horn. But i wouldn't bid on it. way too much money to throw into the wind.
