Looks like new F tubas are expensive, even the Chinese ones!

TubaMM has the same thing listed for about $400 less. Both are too rich for my blood. Though if they were $2000 and as good as the Schiller/... 186/981/euph/.... seem to be, I'd for sure buy one!

HI-
I asked Michael/M&M about this horn--it is a Mirafone 180 F clone--I guess the sound is quite nice on this horn.
Let's see what a Chinese piston F is like whenever that beast comes out......

I don't see the appeal of a $4K Chinese F when a 653 is practically the same price. The Chinese horns only make sense at a price advantage.

I remember there was one of these for sale at Baltimore Brass a while back for a little over 2k... it's a better buy at that price ( I think) even though I've never played one.
