Wasn't it 'decided' here that these horns are actually euphoniums?

Yes.... it's a euphonium. I think it might be fun to add some tubing to that little rascal and make an F out of it.

It is like the Alexander 151 Bb tenor tuba and/or the Miraphone 56A tenor tuba.

Hi-
The same seller on ebay from China has another one of these Bb instruments--same thing--on their 'e-store' for $1,100 more "Buy it Now" or 'Best Offer'--interesting...

One would hope that the extra money from M&M would be for 'value added' things like taking it out of the box, making sure everything works right and that everything is soldered together properly. Some of the handy type here- both pro and amateur- might be able to correct a few flaws themselves but I would have to hire the work done. For me, assurance that it all worked would be worth the extra cost.

Hi-
I agree 1000%--plus I would get a guarantee from M&M. Also, free shipping from China sounds nice, but with the way shipping companies play ping pong with packages these days, I would just love to see the claim process for a damaged horn....ugh..
