This is not one of the 6/4 Martins, but one of the smaller models, in the 7/8-4/4 size range.
The starting bid is about $500 more than what the horn is worth, IMHO.

Even with the high price and no shipping there are still 6 offers on it. The seller could be part of the reason.

Kind of... It isn't at all unusual for some manufacturers to "double dip" on valve sets. Olds/Reynolds Tubas (O-99) are very similar to a Conn 5J in body style, but have the same valve set as their Sousaphone. The older King 2340 3 valve Tuba with the detachable bell looks to also have a similar valve set as the Sousa, but I am not entirely sure on this one.

This horn appears to be all original at first glance.

There's one like it here in town. It's not a sousaphone valve set. That's the real deal. They are great playing horns but unless money is no object you need a place to play it for profit and 3 valve bell front tubas, though great at what they werebuilt for, ain't the flavor of the month. When the price comes down a bit I think someone will jump on as it is in very nice shape. Unless I'm completely cross-eyed and blind (which may be possible)...
Thanks for letting me know. I always seem to have King Sousas or Tubas in the shop. Never both for some strange reason...
