From the Canadian eBay site. Never heard of that brand. Obviously a stencil, but I don’t know neither producer nor distributor.

The bell appears to have a different 'tilt' to it that those produced in the US. It's more off to the side like that of a Wagner tuba that what I consider to be a 'bell-front' euphonium.
