Difficult to tell for certain.... but... that doesn't appear to be a Mirafone logo on the bell.

That's an Eb Star or Star Lite.

It is a little sketchy. I think i've also seen this tuba before http://cgi.ebay.com/Refine-VINTAGE-BESS ... 799wt_1139" target="_blank (same seller)

It's not sketchy, it's stupid. The guy's a moron. The first listing (the "F" tuba) is a stock photo of a Miraphone Eb, probably from Miraphone or whatever. I think it's the bigger Star.

It actually looks like a picture from (hisss) WWBW-

The only "current" Miraphone F with that main slide loop is the 180 (still being listed on their site!) and it's sure not that.

He's a scammer--the Besson was previously sold on ebay and that is a stock Miraphone photo. What a loser!

How'd that happen? You DO own a musket, don't you? Nothing says give me money back like opening the door to a 6' long stick that shoots fire and 3/4" holes. Screw that WMR ****. :D

Yeah, yeah, yeah... Threatening people with guns is usually not a very effective way of getting things done.

Ebay actually is pretty good dealing with some of these schisters. I had to get Ebay after a guy who sold me a product that was not even close to as promised and I got all of the money back. And shipping, too.
