The very wide bell looks American. The same goes for top knuckles/crooks of the 1st and 3rd slides, more specifically Conn. But the receiver says Germany.

Maybe the ferrules should ring a bell with me, but they don’t.

I was puzzled by this enough to make a lowball offer just to see what it would sound like. Of course it was declined. I don't think my curiosity is worth the asking price.
