Hardly in BBb. 1st & 2nd loops look very much too short. 3rd loop is twice as long as the 1st loop, which indicates a two-full-steps loop. Very few top valved BBb tubas have a body long enough to avoid the 3rd loop being folded back in one or both branches. Only the Brit style BBb tubas are tall enough for that. And even they would need a fold back for a two steps loop.
The body looks too open to be in tenor Bb, when I compare to my own de Prins in that configuration. Question is whether F or Eb?
F tubas hardly ever are confused with BBb tubas, whereas the open third partial of Eb tubas has some people label them BBb tubas.
