Does a 3RV F tuba make sense?

Let’s say the main bugle is really worthwhile, then it might make sense buying a for-real valve block to mount on it. Otherwise exactly the F tuba in my opinion has very few ensemble options with only 3 valves.

A bit odd that this is the second auction out of Poland within a week or so, where we end up disputing the announced pitch.

If I'm not mistaken, the current version of this horn is the Cerveny CEB-641 (Eb), which appears to mostly-share the main bugle with the CFB-651 (F) -- the primary difference being the main tuning slide (vertical-pull for the F, horizontal-pull for the Eb) adding about a foot of straight-bore tubing to the Eb. IIRC, both the Eb and F are still available with three rotors, as well as four (and five for the F).

Hmm, the CFB 641 seems to share the dimesnsions of the eBay offer with a hegth of approx 90 cm and about 36 cm bell size (sorry for the old world's measurements), Cerveny's Eb instruments is approx 102 cm. So the polski tuba seems to be an F. Maybe the fake tones are very good?!...
