It's a very expensive wall hanger for one of those cheesy bars where they have tubas, canoes etc suspended from the ceiling and nailed up to the wall.

It's a 4 valve Side Action Rotary Valve Eb tuba, and since it was made in the 1800's, it's a wonder that it has survived as well as it has. It should be a VERY EXPENSIVE wall hanger, because although Eb's were the weapon of choice back in that day, a fourth valve was just more weight to move around, so it is likely a sit-down-concert-only horn.
Instead of talking to your plants, if you yelled at them would they still grow, but only to be troubled and insecure?
