I wonder if one can be tracked down...

There is one on display at Dan Oberloh's in Seattle. It awaits some dent removal, valve linkage work, and whatever else Dan can find. The leadpipe is before the valves, just like the one in the bay photo.. The serial number pre-dates the list on Horn-u-copia. Great sound.
