It's an odd configuration. But... there are TWO waterkeys and it appears that a slight tip the direction of the bell side, and a 'flick' of the paddles, would allow water from the tuning circuits to pass to the lower waterkey.

Strange-looking but might be fun to fool with. I wonder what it's a copy of.

A 3/4 Jupiter 780 BBb. Interesting looking horn. I wonder how easy it would be to make a CC version of this. It appears from the pics, you could remove quite a bit of length just by making it a vertical pull on the tuning slide.

Didn't notice that. I'll bet it's coming off the same production line as the Jupiter.
