Can anybody guess at the pitch Eb or F
Nice old rot. Tuba w.garland & Mother of Pearl triggers
Sorry the cut and paste has changed will try the desktop pc
Cant carry a tune but I can carry a tuba.

If the poster's information is correct and it is 148,5 inches long that would put this horn in F. But, this horn might not(is probably not actually) be at a=440...

I have the strong suspicion that this horn might actually be a slightly sharp Eb....

Also, this is a TINY horn...not much bigger than a euphonium...
