Could have been worse... perhaps it could have been one of those 'blow-up' dolls that are seen passed through the crowd at football games!

Well, you never know....

A couple of college friends had a mannequin they dressed up in nice clothes and took to a fancy restaurant. One of them was pretty good at the ventriloquist illusion and could make her 'talk' short sentences. They put a small hole in her neck so they could 'feed' her. The stunt was part of a project for a 100-level psych. class but they did it a couple of times more for laughs. Her name was 'Irma' and became famous on campus. She ended her college career sitting in the window of the office in the psychology dept. for about a quarter.

ObTuba: She didn't play the tuba though...

Might be a good idea to soak that mouthpiece in a little Clorox solution before use...

You also have to admire the honesty of his prose (Google translation):
----
B - Tuba
Sell used large B-Tuba (Chinese brand) - but fear not-good, clean speech. Somewhat stronger in the sheet and thus a bit heavier. With signs of wear. Small dents and so ..... not glossy. see photos.
Rebuilt. The scenario: No loss of air and all valves and trains running light and fluffy.
Also available with easy-defective Tubahülle
----
(I wish my valve trains were fluffy)

Sounds like an ad on a tuba player personals site: "Somewhat stronger in the sheet and thus a bit heavier..."
