Let's see if there really is a sucker born every minute. Here is a new Jinbao dealer, asking $4300+ for a 210!

I added this to my watch list just to see if he gets it. Anybody want to give odds?

There's a dealer in Germany who's selling JinBao Eb tubas for the equivalent of $5,640 dollars. I firmly believe he has a right to make a profit, but clearly he's trying to rip folks off.

But a Stagg (awesome sounding) has to be different than a Jin-Bao (Chinese sounding) right

All the brands out there tend to get very confusing. 'Accent' may actually be made by Cerveny. Same with the new 'Olds' that has entered the market. I don't have a clue who makes 'Stagg'. A local music store I do repair word for sells the whole line of 'Stagg' instruments but I haven't seen one of the tubas yet.

I could be wrong, but just looking at that picture, I'm pretty confident it's a Jinbao JBBB-210L.

Probably is. I'm just pointing out that you can't trust a name any more. I saw a Chinese tenor sax a couple of months ago that had "Buffet - Paris" engraved on the bell.
Heck... JinBao could be buying parts from India as far as I know!
