I have the Eb version of this and really like it. I wouldn't mind having a matching set :tuba:

I play a 1931 version of this horn that only differs in that it has the 24 in gold wash bell. Very nice focused sound and very nimble. Easily played in tune and all the top slides easily reached by the left hand move. Great for jazz and on the street. These were made in Cleveland back when they really did their best production. A shame schools can't buy quality horns like this at a fraction of the price of bad playing poorly constructed new ones. Don't know Russ, but that looks to be a very nice example of the breed.

I sold a similar one years ago when I bought my 20K and have regretted it ever since. Those are some of the best sousaphones ever made.
