European sousaphones with an American wrap are not very common. The main maker of these appears being Böhm & Meinl (now Nirschl). Just opened a thread on one found on German eBay. Against normal odds for sousaphones there I also found one by Musikhaus Barth Stuttgart. I have a strong suspicion this Barth really is a B&M stencil.
