I've had a couple of those things. They play just 'OK'... for street corner Christmas caroling or just keeping in the trunk for when nothing else is available. Those are the ones that came with two bells... one plastic and one brass so the kids could practice at home. Fun horns but definitely not for a concert band setting.

Yeah. Of course... you are right. Have this problem of always asking myself "would I want to play that?"
