Yes, it's relisted. Looks like it sold to a non-paying bidder the last time.
(I understand why some people don't use PayPal, but it is good for one thing (not that I've ever had any problems with them): If you block bidders who don't have it, that step almost eliminates non-paying bidders. Before I started doing this on higher priced items, it was always a crapshoot at best whether I'd get paid or not. I've only had one deadbeat since.)
