Yup. You guys figured it out. This is the same horn that I posted on TubeNet some time back. I don't have any history on the horn other than the person I bought it from is a music teacher in the St. Louis area.
It's a pretty nice horn. And yes... I think that solid nickel flat wire on the bell rim is original.
