The seller 'bought' the King, but never paid and consequently believes he can sell something he doesn't own.
Simply report the listing and explain as you have here. It will be taken down shortly thereafter.

I know I should probably mind by own business, but I noticed that the "seller" only has one positive feedback score and it's from you. However, you left a negative comment and wrote about fees. Although it's too late now, most fees are usually credited on eBay when your buyer doesn't pay.

I wonder which horn the fake seller was trying to hustle! From the left... Ian's 46K, another gold 46K that's now living in Amsterdam, and a 48K that's still on a stand in my music room.

The image of the three horns laying on the ground was taken in Pentwater, Michigan. I don't have a clue where the picture of the horns on the stands came from.

The listing was pulled before I got to it this morning.

Ian,

I'm glad you posted this. The ebay add looks tempting but to be honest, I'd rather buy the jumbo from you.
I hope you get your money from the other guy.
