I'm surprized they are still there. Saw mention of similar on the TubaEuph list this week. The seller has many tubas and way too low prices.

This looks even worse, since th sell has 0 feedback, is using a private auction, has low prices , and the shipping is just as low. $45 for worwide shipping? Get real.

The scam is to get somone to use the BIN, and collect before Ebay yanks the auction.
Seller won't respond to presale questions. Private bidder lists prevent you from warning those dumb enough to bid.

Even if you polish it up and make it look all nice, you would still have a shiny piece of crap.

eBay now says the auction was cancelled. Guess you were right.

The seller in question has put up even more tubas now.

Just to prove it to myself, even though it pretty much has been, I sent an e-mail. And you know what? NO RESPONSE!

Of course I asked about the US registration and the UK shipping etc.

I think people are way too smart for this kind of thing anymore!

I was burned on E-bay a few years ago by an X-Box scam. I did get my money back from my bank, not PayPal, They are not worth much in the recovering of funds. Hell, they wouldn't even release the person's info so I could file a claim in court.

If people have less than 10 positive feedbacks in the last 6 months, or less than a 95 approval rating, I pass. Even if I want it bad.

Buy a pair of good running shoes and use them with this jerk!
