this states buy it now for $2000, but fishy bidding rules and only outside gmail before bidding. Is this legitimate?

I asked a question using eBay messaging, and this was the reply:

Please do not bid on these items! This is not our listing...our account have been hijacked. Thank you for your cooperation...ebay is working to solve the situation.

This guy has been posting similar scam ads regularly for the past few months. When you see them, click on the REPORT link near the item number at lower right, and let eBay know. They are pretty good at removing them quickly once reported.
