Guessing St. Pete?
With a 4 valve added, would definitely be a good all around horn for a high schooler or community band member.
Will probably sell for a good deal, due to the unknown name and three valves.
(Hmm, I have a box of Kaiser rotors and tubing...)

To me at least, the required opening bid already takes it way past the "good deal" possibility.
What would a used 4-valve St. Petersburg in that condition go for? Compared to the cost of buying this one and adding a 4th valve?

I wouldn't be surprised to see this relisted several times, at progressively lower prices, before selling for that "good deal"
