Pic is a bit blurry but it looks like it has S-link valve gear, which means it's probably older than mine. The pic itself has a vintage look too- wonder if that's the current owner in his younger days?
For those not familiar, Frackville is between Harrisburg and Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, off I-81 as it winds through the mountains. Real pretty drive, even in the winter.

I'd say B&S- if you look close enough you can see the squashed cloverleaf backplate for the lyre socket. This is a typical B&S design.
