It is probably just as big and will stay this size for much longer than those pregnant girls.
I saw a guy on the news doing the same thing with his forehead.
I have no problem with pregnant women showing off their bellies in pride, but using a sharpie on it to gain some $$$$ and a huge loss of reputation seems a little silly.
