It's very rare. It's even more rare that it's posted either 1) legitimately or 2) at a normal price.

It's being sold on consignment from a brick and mortar store so my guess it is legit.

Flesher Hinton is a legit store for many many years in Denver and they have at least one tuba player on staff.

A tuba player that works at Flesher Hinton is in my brass band (Rocky Mountain Brassworks). He brought the horn to rehearsal one night. I didn't try the horn but he said it had some squirelly intonation issues.

So yes, the CL listing is legit.

I can't comment on their service as I take my stuff elsewhere.
