I'm about an hour and a half away from this horn. The six valve F tubas seem to go fast here, though the older ones don't seem to sell as fast for some reason. Shipping back to the states won't be fun.

It's doable, but it'll cost a pretty penny and come with risks. Ask if he is willing to ship it.
