More paddles or more bells?

Some time ago I was amused by what looked to me like a "120 bass tuba" here on Tubenet:
Just came across something that seems to take the double bell euph to similaraly ridiculous extremes:
More unicorns? (like the Indian double bell sousaphone)
This guy generally seems to be a straight shooter but who knows?

Do these horns utilize a 'lip buzz'? ... or just vibrating reeds?

reeds, like a harmonica. the three valves work to direct the air to the different bells, but in a different order than you're used to on a tuba....

No, one way, just blow. It's very easy. With the different sizes (soprano, alto, tenor, baritone, bass) you can create a Schalmeienorchester, still popular in certain regions of Germany and Austria:

Wouldn't you like to be able to study the air path in somethinh like this?
Doesn't seem to be enough space in the barrel for plumbing to feed all of those bells. Maybe I need to buy one just for dissection purposes.

Hmmm now I'm thinking that probably there is no plumbing. That the "valves" actuate several circular "shutters" feeding the air to the selected reed/bell combination.
Matbe I do need to buy one just for dissection purposes.
