Very nice Roland Meinl tuba in Bulgaria.
Anybody know anything at all about Roland Meinl horns?
I've never heard of them before

Hi,
According to the bell the instrument maker is Hugo Stelzhammer in Vienna.
The bell says:

Bigger than 4/4 - just under 20 inch bell, 45 or so inches tall. Looks quite a bit like a Cerveny 601.
