Slight Repairs?

Is it just me, or does this seem like it needs a little more than "slight repairs?"

They are not asking an unreasonable amount given the condition, but I think the description might need slight modification.

I would be very concerned about the dented piston. But... that's nothing a $1,000 valve job won't cure.
Dents in the body would be the least of my concern. All though the lacquer looks to be in pretty good shape.... if all the dents were taken out... the lacquer would most certainly suffer.
The REAL downside to this horn is the fact that parts are rapidly becoming non-existent.
I'm tempted to buy it for parts. Just the valve caps and such would come in handy.

This is a used Besson tuba in fair condition..........
