The 'flipped' 1st valve circuit isn't the only modification on that horn. I appears that the 4th valve valve has been added, too. Not a big deal if it's done right but something to consider.
(EDIT) ... I emailed the seller. This is probably a good deal considering it has both bells. This horn used to belong to Dave Abbott (jeopardymaster).
