Very interesting valve layout. I've never seen them arranged like that before

Typical layout for an Alex WT.
Keep in mind they are for the left hand, supposedly for use by the horn section and not tuba players....DG

I wonder which big orchestra unloaded them and has ordered a new set since the description states that they have a set of 4 on hand.
Yes, they are left handed and played by horn players, use a horn-like mouthpiece, etc. Nothing really "tuba" about them in the, uh, "tubenet" sense of the word
