The script 'H' looks like the Herco logo. Maybe FEGLEY was the guys name!

The script H looks like the Houser logo, and the exterior looks like the Deck model mp.
I guess it would either be a custom mp made for Fegley (using the Deck blank), or more likely a Deck mp which has been stamped for the owner.

That would be the old NOT CHEAP gold plated houser made Deck exterior cup
Might of course be a custom, but probably just engraved
The shank confuses me though

It is interesting to me and quite logical that all these folks are within the Reading to Philly conduit. Houser could probably tell us for sure, but I'll bet he made the mouthpiece to Fegley's specs to correct a too sharp tuba.
