Never seen one of these before, and there are two on Ebay.

What is it?
How does it play?

Looks like a Kazoo..

Anyone have any experience behind one of these?

Thanks!.

The collective knowledge is always better than one.

Not something I've ever run into. Now that you showed me other pictures I had seen smaller ones in Europe, just never this large.

Bet it would be a blast at Tuba Christmas!

I'm assuming you have heard one and are being facetious. How in the great name of sound and tonality more than two of these instruments were ever allowed to be within 20 miles of each other is a mystery to mankind. I have to honestly say that that is my version of musical hell. But, hey, they seem to be huge in Germany.

Oh my! Sounds like an out-of-tune Calliope.

Sure wish I had those 5 minutes back.

Worst problem is that they are so
serious about themselves:

But I have seen worse.

Ulster has marching accordion bands.

An English movie had a mounted kazoo band, boys on cockhorses.
