The fourth valve only shows up in one pic, not sure how it fits into the horn.

I think that Jose is correct-- the "fourth valve" is nothing more than a tricky bit of perspective in which you can see the third valve, but valves one and two are hidden behind it. Otherwise, the fourth valve tuba must be routed through the fourth dimension. :oops:
