Pretty decent price for that horn, actually. That is an older model YBB-201. The inner loop is lower, l-o-n-g 3rd valve slide, different bracing. Probably from the 70s or early 80s.

Kids are rough with school horns, dropping them and whatnot. I've seen much worse...
