I'm off to Germany at the end of the week so I looked into the exchange rates and I too noticed the Canadian dollar was doing much better than it used to.
I think those who like to joke about the value of the Canadian Dollar, need to think twice seeing as how they are doing better compared to us than we are compared to the Euro.

Not a jump in the Loonie, but, as with the Euro, Pound, Aussie Dollar (about $0.79 US now), a decline in the USD$.bloke wrote:I see!...a jump of more than a <img src="http://tinypic.com/1yv389"> ...quite a significant jump!
Relative to each other, the above currencies have remained pretty steady over the last couple of years.
