I've seen these before. In fact... I listed one for a friend of mine who lives near Gettysburg. His was a Cassini 'singing' trombone... Three rotary valves. Bell is bent up al la 'Dizzy Gilispie' style.

Not a cimbasso... tenor range.
In fact, most Italian valve tenor trombones seem to have been made in this "Dizzy" style, but not right angle as is standard for a cimbasso.
