Pretty typical dings and dents but if the valves are good this one might be a good value:

More exactly the same than the one photo on the contemporacorner.com site, which is supposed to be a late '60s TB-10. That one appears to have the same valve section (up to a point - has only 3 valves), but the typical ring around the bell and a couple other joint-like rings visible above it.
Maybe this is the TB-091, from the '70s. Same description: "Contempora BBâ™ Student Tuba | Fixed upright bell | Valves: four (4) pistons | Finish: highly polished brass with baked epoxy finish".
They don't attach the "Symphony" name to any particular model there, but it does appear in a quote from a '50s catalogue.
