Don't see these pop up on eBay too often!
Too bad it's only a 3 valve

No good images of the backside of the rotors but it looks like the original string linkages are still in place. That's good. All too often I see the string mechanisms butchered.

I ought to buy it for spare parts for my King 1291 (four rotors) if I ever need them.

The only thing you've gotta watch on these horns is that bore is .750" and NONE of the parts will interchange with the more common King 1240/41 and 2340/41 horns.

That would be a bad a$$ horn for anyone... I'd love to complement my 4v upright with this.

You could add a rotor if you were sacrilegious. The 52J rotor would work.

Better to chop the third slide a touch and enjoy being the best sounding dude in the Whiteman cover band!

I thought about buying that horn just to have spare parts for my 1291 'monster' rotary!

Valve 2 doesn't appear to have any compression.
what does that even mean? So There's a leak in the slide/rotor somewhere?

Actually... the 2nd slide on that horn is so short.... it doesn't 'pop' when pulled out of the horn. There could be something wrong like a leak but I'll venture a guess that the slide is just a little loose (like mine is) and that's just the seller's observation. The 2nd rotor on that horn is not exposed to any damage. Also... the alignment could be off a dab. It could just be missing a bumper.
