V F Cerveny & Synove RABC 603
Dunno what the "RABC" is but looks like a Piggy - bell stamp looks like "ACB 603" but I've always thought the "Axx" meant the 400 series (brass outer slide tubes).
Oops! Here is an ACB 603 with krantz and all so I don't know what the "A" means.
